Q: Do you accept customers from outside of the UK?

A: Yes, we do. Anyone from any country is welcome to purchase traffic from us (providing that Paypal, our payment process, also accepts you).

Q: Can I view my campaign stats?

A: Yes, we give you a username and password so you can view your campaign progress.

Q: There are a few companies out there that provide a similar service, so why should I choose you?

A: We send high quality 'traffic' to site, with 'real' visitors. Some other services send so called 'traffic' from web users that will never even see your web page, or who never existed in the first place - and were sent by a hitbot (computer program designed to send fake visits).

Q: What does CPM mean?

A: CPM is Cost Per Thousand. In terms of your web page, it actually means shown to one thousand visitors (i.e. given 1,000 impressions).

Q: Where exactly do you mean by 'traffic'.

A: When we say 'traffic', we mean the 'visitors' that we send to your site. Do not be confused by the term 'hit', as a true web 'hit' can occur when any files is loaded to a page - e.g. picture file, CSS file, etc. Several hits can occur from one web page loading.

Q: Why does my web counter / stats have different figures to yours?

A: Obviously we can't say categorically why all visits won't register the same, but here are a few:

  • For several reasons, third party web counters should not be used as an accurate visit count - especially when high traffic is experienced.
  • The visitor may be on a slow connection, or for some other reason the request is cancelled.
  • Your site is running slow or is unavailable.

Your Real Time stats are available to you when you login to your account with us.

Q: Where will my 'traffic' come from?

A: All the traffic that is sent to your web site may come from an array of other web sites we have partnered with. It is then sent directly to your specified web page. The 'traffic' is generated by one or more of the following:

  • Expired domains. Sites that still get regular visits from search engines but ownership has lapsed. Your web page will be shown instead.
  • Pop-up Windows. When a user visits a web site, a pop-up window opens containing your web-site.
  • Pop-under Windows. The same as a pop-up, but the window hides under the first.

Q: How long will it take for 'traffic' to begin arriving at my site?

A: Usually it takes just a day or two to get your account up and running. It may take longer in some cases. You will be able to check the progress of your campaign by logging into your account with us.

Q: How long will it take to receive ALL of my 'traffic'?

A: Because this is 'real traffic', your web sites will vary day to day and hour to hour - so we can't predict exactly when your campaign will finish. Usually (and depending upon the volume) campaigns run from 1 to 2 months.

Q: Do you restrict any web sites showing certain types of material?

A: Yes we do. Your site must contain content that is appropriate for a general viewing audience. We will not accept sites containing and of the following types of content:

  • Adult Content. Sorry, but we presently do not allow adult content web sites.
  • Sites promoting any kind of Hatred, Prejudice or containing any offensive material.
  • Warez or other sites that promote illegal content.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the country and language of my website?

A: No. Your site can be from anywhere in the world, but preferably with 100% English content.

Q: If I use your service, will I be 'spamming'?

A: No, Definitely Not. This is a common misunderstanding. SPAM is the sending of unsolicited email's. Our service is generating traffic directly through other web sites and is completely legitimate.

Q: Do you guarantee sales?

A: No, this is certainly not possible. Your sales success will depend upon your web site content and many other factors.

Q: What could I do to make my page more effective and appealing to users?

A: Firstly, research shows that web users decide in the first 7 second whether a web page is interesting to them. So you need to immediately grab a users attention!

You can just direct your campaign to one of your existing web pages, but we do suggest that you create a separate web page and fill it with bold attention grabbing content.

Pay particular attention to layout and load time - if your page is untidy, awkward to understand or slow to load, then it's unlikely to make an impression.

Use bold headlines, bright colors, and imagery. Use catchy slogans, you have to let the user know that they can't do without your product or service.

It may be wise to take inspiration from advertising on billboards and in newspapers - but remember '7 seconds'.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Refunds are offered at our sole discretion. Furthermore, they are issued pro-rata. A refund would only constitute the cost of traffic remaining undelivered by us.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: Pure and simple. We will not share your information with anyone unless required to do so under law or other provision(s) necessary for our business.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: All our payments are taken through Paypal. Paypal can process most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Maestro and Solo. Paypal can also be used to pay by e-check, and of course existing paypal customers can pay directly from any money in their Paypal or bank accounts. Click here to to paypal's website.
